Apply for refund

When your ticket has been refunded you will receive a receipt of your refund by e-mail. If you have further questions about your cancellation/refund please contact SAS Sales and Service.

For flights affected by COVID-19 we also offer the possibility to receive a Travel Credit Voucher in the value equivalent to the original booking. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used to book a new flight to any of our destinations, or to buy travel extras. To find out if you are entitled to receive a voucher, please contact SAS Customer Service.
