Why can't I use my points to buy upgrades at the gate?

We are aware that there is an issue where members in Point Sharing groups are unable to use their points for upgrades at gate. We are currently working to resolve the issue as soon as we can.

Until the issue is resolved we recommend Point Sharing members use SAS Upgrade to bid for an upgrade up to 48 hours before departure.
