Fast Track & Security screening

At the airport all travelers must pass through security before entering the gate area. Security control may also be required when you are transferring to a connecting flight. Come well prepared for security screening to go smoothly.

Fast track

Fast Track is the quickest way to pass through airport security screening, using a separate line that allows passengers to proceed more quickly and smoothly through security control. This will give you time for relaxing, working or visiting our SAS Lounges or get to the gate quicker.

  • Sat 06.05 - 17:00 CET

  • Sun and holidays 06:05 - 20:30 CET

Free access included

  • When traveling on a SAS Plus-, SAS Business ticket.

  • As a benefit for EuroBonus Diamond and Gold members.

Service is only available at selected airports.

Fast track access policy

SAS Business / SAS plus tickets include access to SAS Fast Track.

  • You must always present a same-day boarding pass in SAS Business / SAS Plus on an SAS operated flight from the local airport.

On departure

  • You have access to SAS Fast track in Scandinavia and Europe.

  • SAS Business travelers also have access to SAS Fast Tracks in Asia, Canada and US.

As a EuroBonus Diamond- or Gold member you have access to all SAS Fast Tracks when departing.

  • You must always present a proof of EuroBonus Gold / Diamond membership and a same-day boarding pass departing from the local airport.

  • At all Fast Tracks in Scandinavia, you may bring a friend or up to 4 immediate family members (spouse/partner/parents/children) when traveling on the same SAS, Star Alliance or Wideroe flight.

On departure

  • When traveling on a SAS operated flight, you have access to Fast Tracks in Scandinavia and Europe.

  • When traveling on Star Alliance operated flight, you have access to Fast Tracks in Scandinavia.

  • You are not eligible for access to SAS Fast Track, regardless of your membership level and ticket type.

EuroBonus Gold and Diamond member are welcome to use Star Alliance Gold Track when traveling on a Star Alliance carrier operated flight.

Star Alliance Gold Tracks are currently available at more than 150 locations globally.

  • To receive access you must show a valid boarding pass.

  • Your membership number must be registered in the booking for you to be able to use your benefits.

  • Star Alliance Gold Tracks are marked with a Star Alliance Gold logo.

Security control at the airport

At the security control you must show a valid digital or printed boarding pass.

  • Empty your pockets of mobile phone, watch, keys and coins before passing through.

  • Small items can be placed in your carry-on bag or jacket pocket.

  • You are required to place items such as coat, laptop and plastic bags with liquids on a conveyor belt for X-ray scanning.

  • You are only allowed to bring a limited amount of liquids placed in individual containers of 100 ml or less through security.
