Your transfer booking is connected to your flight, which means that your selected transfer will automatically rebook to match your new arrival time. If your flight is cancelled or we are unable to rebook your transfer, you will receive a full refund.

After selecting your preferred transfer at the booking stage you will be offered the option to add extras onto your booking such as child seats. Any extras required should be added at this stage. Please note that not all Ride Providers will offer all extras and if the extra you are looking for is not seen you should select a different Ride Provider. If you have completed your booking and wish to add extras onto your booking, please contact the Pre-Travel team at hoppa for assistance.

The booking confirmation will have been emailed to you on successful completion of the booking. If this has not been received, please contact the Pre-Travel team at hoppa for assistance.

The meeting instructions on how to find our transfer are detailed on your e-ticket. Your e-ticket will have been emailed to you 7 days prior to your travel date or immediately after booking if you are travelling within the next 7 days. For further assistance please contact the Pre-Travel team at hoppa.

You can amendment or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before travel. For further assistance please contact the Pre-Travel team at hoppa.

Contact details for your Ride Provider and hoppa can be found on your e-ticket. If not found, please contact hoppa for assistance. Alternatively, contact details for your driver may have been sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS 1 hour prior to your pick up time, please contact your driver directly for assistance.
