Your baggage allowance depends on your ticket type, destination and EuroBonus membership level. When you book your trip, you’ll see what baggage is included in your ticket. If you already have a flight booked, log in to My trips to see what is included.
If you have lost something while traveling with us or at the airport:
Contact the airport’s lost and found where all items found in airport terminals, at security, at the gates or on board are taken.
You can also search for your missing item at certain locations online
SAS Customer Service cannot help with lost items.
