Why haven’t my EuroBonus points been registered?

The most common reasons for points not being registered are:

  • Your EuroBonus number wasn't added to the booking.

  • The name in the booking doesn't match the name on the EuroBonus card.

  • The type of ticket you bought doesn't earn EuroBonus points.

  • If you traveled on one of our partners, it can take time for points to be registered.
