Before you start, please verify that the booking class code (i.e C, Y, B, M, H, W, etc.) on your airline ticket is listed on our airline partners list.

NOTE! Requests for missing points on airline partners online can be submitted no earlier than 14 days after all travel has been completed. No points will be credited for unused, refunded or expired tickets.

Points for cancelled SAS flights
If you are involuntarily re-accommodated from SAS to another airline or other means of transport, you may request your points for your original flight itinerary. This is not valid on other airline partners.
