Refunds and vouchers

Due to high pressure on our customer service, our processing time for vouchers and refunds is longer than normal. We are working through the queue, but each case has to be handled individually, which takes time. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as your request for a voucher or refund has been handled.

You can always find the latest information about your flight in the SAS App or on our website. You can also check your itinerary under My bookings.

Provide contact details

It is important that we have your contact information so we easily can inform you about changes to your flight by text message or email.
You can enter your personal contact information under My bookings.

Check your flight's status 

If you receive information that your flight has been delayed or canceled – please do not proceed to the airport for the originally scheduled flight.
