Refund and/or cancellation of the purchased ticket are dependent on the type of ticket purchased.
All SAS tickets are refundable except for SAS Go Light and SAS Go Smart. For non-refundable tickets only certain taxes and service fees are refundable excluding domestic/international fees. Your details can be found in your confirmation email (Electronic Ticket Itinerary and Receipt).
For flights affected by COVID-19 we also offer the possibility to receive a Travel Voucher in the value equivalent to the original booking. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used to book a new flight to any of our destinations or to buy travel extras. To find out if you're entitled to receive a voucher, please contact SAS Customer Service.
