We want to make your journey with children as smooth as possible. While we don’t offer baby food on board, you’re welcome to bring your own. For older children, kid-friendly meals can be preordered on select flights.

Do you offer baby food on board?
We don’t offer baby food, but you’re welcome to bring as much baby food (e.g. formula, jars of baby food) and special foods as you need for your flight.
Do you offer kids’ meals on board?
Kids’ meal can be ordered in Business on international flights longer than 80 mins and in all travel classes on flights to and from Asia and North America.
Meals must be ordered online under My trips or in the SAS app at least 24 hours before departure.
Our delicious SAS breakfasts are the same for children and adults.
Kids' meals are only available on flights departing after 09.01.
Are kids allowed in SAS Lounges?
Children up to age 18 are welcome to our lounges when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under 2 can visit for free, whilst children 2 to 17 need to pay the same fee as an adult.
Children traveling as unaccompanied minors are not allowed to visit SAS Lounges.
A special kids’ zone is available in the SAS Lounges in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo and Copenhagen.
