Manage personal data

At SAS, we are committed to protecting your privacy and the personal data you share with us. Here you can access your personal data, request deletion of your data, or manage your cookie and communication preferences. Under the GDPR, SAS will handle your request promptly and provide a response within 30 days of receiving it, unless specific circumstances require additional time. Effective: March 19, 2026.

Access your personal data

Receive a copy of your travel and customer history within thirty (30) days.

  • If you do not have an account with SAS (flysas.com)

  • If you have an account (either profile account or EuroBonus-account) with SAS (flysas.com)

Access to audio recordings

For access to audio recordings, please contact us at [email protected] with name and phone number used. We save audio recordings for thirty (30) days.

Request erasure of personal data

We will delete all your personal data within thirty (30) days, except the data we are legally required or allowed to process. By clicking the following link: Right to be forgotten.

Erasure of job application

If you have applied for a job at SAS and want to erase your application, log in to your candidate profile at https://careers.sasgroup.net/ and then go to Options > Settings > Delete profile.

Correction of personal data

If the personal data that SAS processes is incorrect or incomplete – let us know!

Manage your communication preferences

Choose how we communicate with you and what marketing messages you want to receive.

To unsubscribe from newsletter or other communication from us, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive from us.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that SAS's processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in the country where you reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
