Lower refund than expected?
Refunds of tickets are dependent on the following:
If you canceled your booking before your flight was canceled by the airline, your refundable amount is based on the rules that apply to your ticket.
For SAS Go Light or a SAS Go Smart tickets, only taxes are refunded. The ticket fare and international/domestic fees/surcharges are not refunded.
If you had a ticket refundable for a fee, the full amount minus the fee will be refunded, for example, in the case of SAS Plus Smart and SAS Business Smart tickets.
If you've booked a round trip and only want to fly one way, your refund swill depend on the ticket rules for the unused part of the trip. In this case, you'll receive your refund after you've completed your trip.
Due to the recent strike and a high number of refund requests, we kindly ask you to bear with us as processing times may be longer than usual.
