If you booked your trip through SAS your ticket is refundable within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of ticket type. This applies when the ticket is purchased more than 24 hours before departure. For example, if you booked your trip at 5 pm it is refundable until 5 pm the next day, as long as the booking was made more than 24 hours before departure.
If you booked your trip less than 24 hours before departure, the ticket is refundable up until 12 hours before departure. For example, if you booked a trip at 5 pm, for a flight that leaves at 11 am the next day the ticket is refundable until 11 pm.
The money-back guarantee does not apply when rebooking or changing your ticket.

How to cancel
You can cancel your trip by using the link in your confirmation email or in My bookings. The ticket cost is normally not charged, only reserved, and the reserved amount will be released immediately, depending on the card dealer. If the amount already has been charged it will be credited to the card you used to pay for the trip.
It normally takes 3–5 banking days before the transaction shows on your statement.
The 24-hour money back guarantee applies if you cancel the entire trip and the ticket is purchased more than 24 hours before departure.
If you first change your ticket, and then cancel your trip within 24 hours of booking, you’ll get a refund for the price of the ticket, but not for the price of the change.
If you bought cancellation insurance from Cover Genius when booking on our website, and then cancel your trip, SAS will automatically refund the insured amount within 7–10 days.

Your flight is canceled
If your SAS flight is canceled, we will do our best to take care of you and keep you informed.
Your flight is delayed
If your flight is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible by text message and through our app, based on the contact information in your booking. If your flight is significantly delayed and you choose not to travel you may be entitled to compensation.

If you lost something on your flight with SAS, we hope that you’ll get it back as soon as possible.
