Welcome to our travel info center

Here’s where you can find information about your trip by topic or where you are on your journey.

Regular tickets

We offer a variety of different types of tickets to suit every need – whether you're looking for the best price, extra flexibility or added comfort.

Regular tickets can be paid for with money or, when available, entirely with EuroBonus points. Regular tickets paid with points follow the same fare rules and include the same benefits as regular tickets paid with money.

Good to know

  • If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, only taxes will be refunded. The ticket price and domestic/international surcharges will not be refunded.

  • If you rebook to a ticket with a higher fare, you'll also have to pay the fare difference.

  • When you book your trip, you’ll see what’s included in your ticket. If you already have a flight booked, log in to My trips to see what applies for your booking.

FAQs

Is it possible to book a youth ticket together with an adult ticket in the same booking?

No. To book a youth ticket, you need to make a separate booking. Alternatively, you can book both travelers as adults and pay the adult fare for everyone.

Can I pay for my ticket with both EuroBonus points and cash?

Yes, with Points + Cash you can pay part of your ticket with EuroBonus points and the rest with your payment card. This option is available on all SAS flights and in all travel classes, no matter how many points you have.

  • Tickets paid with Points + Cash have the same terms and conditions as regular tickets paid in cash.

  • You earn EuroBonus points according to your booking class, even on the part of the fare paid with points.

  • Points can't be used for travel extras or certain taxes and fees.

  • Points + Cash can only be combined with card payments (i.e. not with vouchers or other payment methods).
