Change booking
Depending on the ticket rules, you can change your flight under My trips. Please note that you'll need to pay the difference in fares, if any, plus any rebooking fees that apply.
Rebooking policy
SAS regular tickets can be rebooked up to 1 hour before departure.
SAS award tickets can be rebooked up to 1 hour before departure, provided the points are still valid.
Partner award flights can be rebooked up to 24 hours before departure, provided the points are still valid.
If you’re rebooking on a flight that costs more than your original ticket, you’ll need to pay the difference.
You can rebook for regular tickets on a new flight 361 days ahead and for SAS award tickets 330 days ahead or according to availability.
A service fee applies to all tickets if you rebook or make a change by phone or chat, in addition to any fees based on the ticket rules. Fees are charged in the local currency where you make your payment.
If you've booked via a travel agent/travel website, please contact them for available options.
How to rebook
You can rebook your trip under My trips. If you're not able to rebook yourself, just contact SAS Customer Service for help.
Name change policy
You can change the name but not the traveler type (e.g. adult, youth, child) on a ticket for a flight operated by SAS as long as you haven't used the ticket.
You can also transfer a ticket to another traveler.
To make a change, contact SAS Customer Service up to 1 hour before departure.
Fees for changes
Rebooking
All regular ticket types can be changed for a fee, except if you're traveling on a Flex ticket. Changes are charged per traveler and flight.
Domestic and Europe: 650–700 DKK, 650–700 NOK, 650–700 SEK, 70–80 EUR
Flights to/from Asia, Canada and US: 300 USD–450 USD, 300 CAD–450 CAD
For all award tickets, a rebooking fee per traveler and flight will apply:
Domestic and European flights: 175 DKK, 250 NOK, 250 SEK, 25 EUR, 25 USD, 32 CAD
Flights outside Europe: 525 DKK, 750 NOK, 750 SEK, 75 EUR, 75 USD, 96 CAD
Service fees for changes by phone or chat
There’s no handling fee if you make changes to your booking under My trips. A service fee applies if you rebook or make a change by phone or chat, in addition to any fees based on the ticket rules. Fees are charged in the local currency where you make your payment, are non-refundable and are charged per traveler.

Name changes
You can change the name on an unused ticket for a flight operated by SAS
Changes are charged per traveler and flight.
Fee: 600 DKK/NOK/SEK (or equivalent in local currency)
FAQs
Can I change an award ticket or a ticket paid for using points?
You can rebook partner award flights up to 24 hours before departure and SAS award flights up until departure as long as your points are still valid. Just log in to My trips to make changes. Please note that if you've already started an award trip, you can't rebook or get a refund for the unused part of your trip, and fees may apply for rebooking.
Can I change a name on a ticket?

Can I rebook just one person in a booking with multiple travelers?
No. If the booking includes multiple travelers, it is not possible to rebook an individual traveler online. If you need to change the trip for only one person in the booking, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
