You can cancel your flight and apply for a refund under My trips. And if we need to cancel your flight, we'll guide you through your options. If for some reason you cannot apply for your refund online, please contact us for help.

SAS' refund policy varies depending on whether your flight is canceled by you or by SAS.
If you cancel your flight
The refund amount depends on the ticket rules
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Most taxes and fees are refunded, but service charges and cancellation fees are non-refundable
Travel extras are non-refundable

Rebook on another flight, free of charge
Cancel your booking and get a refund or an SAS Travel Voucher
