Your baggage allowance depends on your ticket type, destination and EuroBonus membership level. When you book your trip, you’ll see what baggage is included in your ticket. If you already have a flight booked, log in to My trips to see what is included.
If your pet doesn’t meet the criteria to travel in the hold or if it is traveling to certain countries, you’ll need to book it as cargo using a freight forwarder. This also applies if you’re traveling to China, the UK or the UAE.
You’ll need to pay a fee to bring a pet in the cabin or hold. Fees vary depending on your route and destination and are charged per flight. Service dogs travel free in the cabin.
