We are still dealing with a large number of refund and compensation cases from this summer's pilot strike.
We have deployed all the resources we have and hired new staff to speed up the handling, but given the large amount the handling takes more time than desired. Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact date for when your case will be handled, but all travelers who are eligible for compensation will receive it.
