Refund/cancellation rules differ depending on the type of ticket you have purchased.
Most of SAS tickets are refundable except for SAS Go Light and SAS Go Smart. If you cancel a SAS Go Light or SAS Go Smart ticket only taxes will be refunded. The ticket price and domestic/international fees will not be refunded. Your ticket details can be found in your confirmation email (Electronic Ticket Itinerary and Receipts).
