How to select your seat
Select your seat when you book your trip or later under My trips or in the SAS app. You’ll see all available seats and fees, which vary depending on the route, travel class and location in the cabin. If you haven’t selected a seat, you'll be assigned one when check-in opens.
Need extra space? You can book an extra seat next to you from when check-in opens until 2 hours before departure, subject to availability. Please note that if you book an extra seat, you'll need to check in at the airport and you can't use the extra seat to store baggage. You can also book a guaranteed extra seat, if available, by contacting SAS Customer Service

Extra seats
Extra seats can be purchased on selected flights from when check-in opens until to 2 hours before departure, subject to availability. These seats can be booked under My trips or in the SAS app. Please note that extra seats are not guaranteed in the event of irregularities (see terms & conditions). You can buy up to 2 extra seats per ticket (but not per traveler). If before departure the seat is no longer available, you’ll receive a refund for the fee.
Guaranteed extra seat
Travelers who wants secure additional personal space can buy an guaranteed extra seat.
If you'd like to book an extra seat beside you, please book your ticket and extra seat at the same time through SAS Customer Service or your travel agency.
Seat selection
All travelers can select a seat in advance for a fee until check-in opens. If you haven’t purchased a seat by then, you'll be assigned a seat.
You can purchase a seat in advance when you book or later under My trips or in the SAS app.
Please note that SAS has the right to make slight changes to the selected row at any time with no right to a refund. If you’re traveling on a flight operated by one of our partners, the rules and fees of each airline apply.
