What is SAS doing to make flying more sustainable?

We believe that aviation plays an important role in society by connecting communities, cultures and people in a time-efficient way. This is why we need to make air travel more sustainable.

Here are some of some of SAS’ environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce emissions:

  • Carbon offsetting all SAS Youth tickets and EuroBonus members’ trips on SAS.

  • Having a fuel-efficient mindset at every part of a flight and reducing fuel consumption through measures such as green approaches.
