Standard groups – Ideal for leisure trips with family, friends, and small businesses.
Youth groups – Special discounts if at least 80% of your group is under 26.
Corporate groups – Discounts for groups booked through SAS for Work using a CMP code.
Sport groups – Special discounts and extra flexibility for SAS Sport members in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

How do I request a group booking?
Just complete our form, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once you receive your offer, confirm your booking by providing a payment guarantee or completing payment using the payment options available in your country.
If you cannot find your country of residence in the form, please contact your local travel agency.

Economy
1 carry-on bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 8 kg)
1 checked bag (max. 23 kg each; allowance varies by group. Sport groups are allowed 2 checked bags.)
Economy is available on all SAS flights.
Premium
1 carry-on bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 8 kg)
2 checked bag (max 23 kg each)
Premium is available on domestic flights, including those connecting to international flights.
Business
1 carry-on bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 8 kg) included on flights within Europe
2 carry-on bags (55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 8 kg each) included on international flights
2 checked bags (max 32 kg each)
Business is available on flights to North America and Asia.
Can we upgrade our group after we’ve booked our trip?
Yes, you can upgrade your group from Economy to Premium for a fixed fee per traveler and flight, depending on the destination and subject to availability. Only valid on domestic groups within Denmark, Norway and Sweden
