Is it possible to get a refund for unused punches?
Yes.
If you haven’t used your Travel Pass at all you will get a full refund, minus a refund fee.
If you have used punches,we will refund the cost for the unused punches, minus a refund fee. Used punches will be subtracted by adequate pricing, including taxes and fees.
A product with 3 months validity is not refundable after 2 months.
A product with 6 months validity is not refundable after 4 months.
A product with 12 months validity is not refundable after 10 months.
