Fill out this form to get copies of tickets and any onboard purchases you've made on our site, in the SAS app or via SAS Customer Service.
You can get a receipt up to 24 months after your completed trip. We'll send it to the email in your booking, but if you'd like it sent to another address, just update the email address under My trips before making a request. If you need help, just contact SAS Customer Service
Good to know:
You can get receipts for purchases made directly via SAS (website, app or customer service)
Receipts are not available for tickets issued by travel agents
Company names can't be included on receipts
It may take up to 2 days or more to get receipts for onboard purchases
