You can follow the status of your case in our tracing system. You log in using your reference number (5 letters and 5 digits, e.g. ARNSK12345). You'll find it on the report you received when you reported your delayed baggage. Please note that this is a different number than the one on your bag tag.
If we haven't found your bag within 21 days it will be considered lost and you'll be able to claim compensation for lost baggage. To do this, just fill out the Lost baggage form, attach copies of your ticket and bag tag and send them to SAS Customer Service at selfservice/feedbackform.
