cancel booking due to death in family
We're very sorry to hear about your loss. We'll help you to cancel and refund your tickets.
In the case of the death of an immediate family member, you can cancel a trip booked directly through SAS by uploading a copy of the death certificate below. You can upload documents for yourself and up to 9 other travelers. Kindly note that an official documentation from governing body must be submitted.
Your tickets will be refunded, provided unused, to the same payment method as the initial purchase. We'll send confirmation to the email address in your booking as quickly as we can. If you have any questions or need help, just contact SAS Sales & Service.
