If you've booked a round trip ticket and only want to fly one way, you will get a refund for the part not used, according to the terms of your ticket. For cancellation within 24 hours of booking, please refer to the 24-hour money back guarantee.
Your refund will be calculated based on the ticket rules and conditions of carriage.
Due to the situation with COVID-19 we’re offering customers traveling in the coming weeks to cancel their booking and receive a voucher in the value equivalent to their original booking. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used to book a new flight to any of our destinations or to buy travel extras.
