For me as a small business owner, using Travel Pass Corporate has been saving us time, reducing administration and lowering our travel costs for more than 20 years.
With frequent last-minute changes to client meetings, flexibility is essential. There have been numerous occasions when I have been able to instantly adjust my ticket, avoid delays and, at times, downgrade from Business to Economy to catch an earlier flight when needed.
Using Travel Pass Corporate also simplifies accounting significantly – regardless of how many times a trip is rebooked, I receive one clear, final invoice.

When we send crews offshore, plans change quickly. Weather shifts, projects are adjusted and rebooking is a daily reality. Travel Pass has been a lifesaver – we can change or cancel flights without extra costs and avoid expensive last‑minute tickets. This makes our travel costs more predictable, and it's substantially reduced work for our travel managers who no longer need to spend hours managing changes.

How flexible are Travel Pass Corporate tickets?

You can pay using a credit card or travel account (as long as it’s registered in your account). You can also rebook or cancel before departure, making Travel Pass Corporate ideal for last-minute changes.
If you’ve booked in Business but want to take an earlier flight on the same day, you can switch to Economy and get home earlier if Business is fully booked. Your fare will be adjusted accordingly and you’ll receive a final receipt based on your latest booking. All changes can be made in just a few clicks in the SAS app or via your travel agency.
How does the single travel receipt work?
With standard tickets, every time you rebook or cancel a flight, you receive a new receipt – meaning multiple receipts to submit and manage.
With Travel Pass Corporate, you receive just one receipt based on the latest flight details, no matter how many changes you make.
How does one receipt help accounting and finance departments?
Below are the key benefits for finance departments.
Far less administrative work
Instead of sorting, matching, and processing multiple receipts for a single trip (sometimes 3–5 or more), finance teams only handle one clean document. This reduces time spent on manual tasks such as filing, reconciling, or validating multiple entries.
Fewer errors and discrepancies
Multiple receipts increase the risk of mistakes—duplicate entries, missing attachments, incorrect totals, or confusion about which receipt reflects the final itinerary. A single receipt eliminates that risk.
Faster and cleaner expense reporting
Employees only submit one document, so finance doesn’t need to chase missing receipts or clarify which version is the final one. This speeds up approvals and reimbursement.
Simplified auditing and compliance
Auditors prefer a single, consolidated record. With one receipt containing all updated information, audit trails are cleaner, easier to follow, and more compliant.
How do smaller companies benefit from Travel Pass Corporate?
Less admin work for small teams
With nearly all bookings and rebookings handled in just a few taps in the SAS app – and only one receipt to manage – founders and small teams avoid timeconsuming administrative tasks.
Smoother expense handling
A single, alwaysupdated receipt keeps things simple when there’s no dedicated finance or accounting department, reducing hassle and confusion.
Better cash flow
You only pay after the trip is completed, allowing small companies – and consultants who invoice clients – to keep your cash longer and manage project expenses more easily.
