You earn 500 Extra points per night at all Scandic hotels except for on promotional rates or reservations made via third-party websites. You also cannot earn points on tickets or vouchers bought but not used. Quote your EuroBonus number when you check in and your points will be credited to your account in 3-6 weeks.

You can use your EuroBonus points for award stays from 25 000 points per night for a double room including breakfast on all Scandic hotels. Log in, go to My EuroBonus and book using your points up until the day of arrival. You can also request a family room, subject to availability, by calling the hotel directly after you book.
Claim missing points
In the event that the points have not been registered you need to send in copy of your hotel invoice clearly showing your name, the hotel name and location, check-in and check-out dates complete with your name and EuroBonus membership number by email.
