Group travel

With SAS for Work, you save whether you travel individually or as part of a group. For business trips with 10 or more travelers, you can book a corporate group fare and enjoy all the benefits of SAS for Work – plus an additional discount of up to 2% on our net fares.

Benefits of group travel

A corporate group booking gives you greater flexibility including:

  • 1 carry-on and 1 checked bag per traveler

  • Add or change names close to departure

  • Upgrade to Premium for a fixed price on domestic flights

  • More flexible rebooking

  • Cancel entire group free up to 45 days after booking

  • Cancel up to 20% of group up to 30 days before departure

  • Free seat selection when you provide travelers' names

  • Earn EuroBonus points

How to book

To book a corporate group, contact your travel agent or make a request by filling in our group booking form. Remember to use your company code (CMP) to get your discount. If you don't have a company code, you can get one by joining SAS for Work.

Group fares

Group fares may differ from individual ticket prices, but they offer greater flexibility for booking and managing your trip.

  • Choose your travel class: Economy, Premium, or Business. If no class is selected, your group will be booked in Economy. You can also request to combine travel classes for different parts of your journey.

  • Guarantee your group – pay even less: Save more by committing to travel within 14 to 21 days of receiving your quote (subject to availability for your specific flight, date, and time). Please note that this offer does not apply to youth groups.

  • Travel extras: Want to order special meals, book extra baggage, or secure your favorite seat? Just contact Group Sales and we'll help with your request.

Baggage allowance

Each group ticket includes 1 checked bag per person. Depending on your EuroBonus membership level and travel class, you may be eligible to check additional bags. You can also buy extra baggage if needed.

Upgrade your travel class

Group fares can be upgraded from Economy to Premium for a fixed price per person and flight. Upgrades are subject to availability on flights from Scandinavia to/from Asia and North America.

Upgrade fees:

  • Domestic flights (Denmark, Norway, Sweden): from 200 DKK/ 200 NOK/ 200 SEK

  • Flights to Asia and North America: from 1 500 DKK/ 1 500 NOK/ 1500 SEK

When you upgrade to Premium:

  • Baggage & service: Same allowance and onboard service as Premium

  • Fast track: Speed through security

  • Lounge access: Enjoy SAS Lounges in Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg and Stockholm when traveling within Scandinavia
