Fly to Latvia – Explore the Sietiniezis rock
With its 15 meters in height the Sietiniezis rock is one of the highest sandstones in Latvia. The rock’s formations and ornaments have formed over thousands of years. Walk along the trails and stairs to explore the rock – it has cliffs, pillars and a cave with two exits. The highest point of the rock offers an amazing view of the Gauja river.
The rock is located in Gauja national park. Gauja is the oldest and largest national park in Latvia Visiting the park you get the chance to see lots of castles, churches, watermills, windmills and archaeological monuments.

Jūrmala beach – sandy beaches and spas
Just west of Riga you’ll find miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches – 24 kilometers to be exact. Jūrmala is the perfect spot for a holiday; wind down at one of the many spas here, or just take a walk on the beach. Pamper yourself with a massage, a mud bath or soak in a heated pool.
Jūrmala is surrounded by pine trees and has water on two sides, the coasts of the Lielupe River on one side and the Gulf of Riga on the other.
