Checking in at the airport

You can check in for your flight at the airport using the airport’s self-service kiosks or at one of our staffed check-in counters.

It’s a good idea to give yourself enough time to check in, tag and drop off your bags, pass through security and get to your gate on time. We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before departure, especially during peak times and holiday periods.

You can also make your trip smoother by checking in your baggage as early as possible.

Self-Service kiosks

Skip the lines at the check-in counter by using one of the airport’s quick and easy self-service kiosks. You’ll find them at most of our departure airports. Here’s what you can do at the kiosk:

  • Check in

  • Select or change seat

  • Print bag tags

  • Print boarding pass

  • Add EuroBonus number

  • Rebook ticket (if included in ticket price)

  • Add extra information required for travel to the US and UK

If you’ve requested assistance or are traveling as an unaccompanied minor or with pets, musical instruments or weapons, you’ll need to check in at the check-in counter. The counters open 2 hours before a flight's scheduled departure, although local regulations may apply.
