Lost & found
If you lost something on your flight with SAS, we hope that you’ll get it back as soon as possible.
All items that are left behind and turned in at airports, in the terminal, at security checkpoints and gates are handed over to the lost and found office at the airport.
If you left something behind when getting off the aircraft, it will be delivered to the lost and found office at the airport of final arrival.
To retrieve what you lost, contact the lost and found office at the airport in question.

Your flight is canceled
If your SAS flight is canceled, we will do our best to take care of you and keep you informed.
Your flight is delayed
If your flight is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible by text message and through our app, based on the contact information in your booking. If your flight is significantly delayed and you choose not to travel you may be entitled to compensation.
