Can I cancel my reservation and get a full refund?

A full or partial refund will be according to the original ticket rules. If you’ve bought a non refundable ticket, e.g. SAS Go Light or SAS Go Smart, the full amount will not be refunded.

As an alternative to refund, we offer on all international flights that have been booked up to and including 11 October 2021 a SAS Travel Voucher of the same value as your ticket. Find out if you are eligible to receive a SAS Travel voucher.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking, your refund will be calculated based on the ticket rules and SAS Conditions of carriage.
