If I get ill/sick and cannot travel, will SAS give me a refund?

If you have bought a refundable ticket you can refund your ticket. This must be done before your trip has started. Some tickets types are refundable against a fee, read more about SAS cancellation and refund.

If you have bought a non refundable ticket, e.g SAS Go Light or SAS Go Smart, the full amount will not be refunded. In some cases you can receive a SAS Travel Voucher. Find out if you are eligible for a SAS Travel voucher. Otherwise we recommend you to contact your travel insurer.

To travel with full flexibility, book a SAS Plus Pro ticket or a SAS Business Pro ticket. These ticket types are fully refundable.
