I have been rebooked by SAS and received a new time table but do not want to travel. Can I get a full refund?

We offer all customers who do not wish to travel on their new time table a SAS Travel Voucher with the full value of your original booking. The voucher will be valid for 12 months and you can use the voucher to book a new flight on our website.

To apply for the voucher, go to My Bookings. If you cannot apply for a voucher, please contact SAS Customer Service.

If you wish to request a refund, or cannot accept the new travel times, it is important that you contact SAS within 10 days of receiving information about the new itinerary to be entitled to a full refund.
