Yes, if your flight is delayed by three or more hours on departure, you are entitled to a refund of your unused ticket.
To cancel and/or request a refund for a ticket booked through SAS, go to My Bookings.
To request a refund for a flight ticket booked through a travel agent or online travel agency you have to fill out a special refund form.
If you have made your own travel arrangements due to a canceled or delayed flight, SAS will not reimburse the new ticket and/or travel arrangements.
Please note: you are not entitled to reimbursement of care (such as food, drinks and accommodation) during the delay if you cancel and refund your ticket.
