cancel booking due to rejected visa
In the case of a visa rejection, you can cancel a trip booked directly through SAS by uploading a copy of your official visa rejection below.
Your tickets will be refunded, provided unused, to the same payment method as the initial purchase. You can upload documents for yourself and up to 9 other travelers. We'll send confirmation to the email address in your booking and take care of everything as quickly as we can. If you have any questions or need help, just contact SAS Customer Service.
