If your ticket type is non refundable, e.g SAS Go Light and SAS Go Smart you will not receive a full refund. As an alternative to refund, we offer a SAS Travel Voucher of the same value as your ticket. Find out if you are eligible to receive a SAS Travel voucher.
For all cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking, your refund will be calculated based on the ticket rules and SAS Conditions of carriage.
