FAQs about SAS Lounges
Who can enjoy free access to SAS Lounges?
You’re welcome to visit our lounges if you’re traveling on SAS or SkyTeam, have a valid same-day boarding pass for a flight departing from the airport where the lounge is located, and meet one of the following criteria:
You’re traveling in Business or on a domestic flight in Premium
You’re a EuroBonus Gold or Diamond member or a SkyTeam Elite Plus member
EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members can also bring 1 guest or up to 4 immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents and children) if they're traveling on the same SAS or SkyTeam flight as you.
Please note that children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and that lounge access isn't available for SAS Charter flights.
When can I visit an SAS Lounge?
To access the lounge, you must present a same-day boarding pass for an SAS-operated flight departing from the same airport as the lounge. If you've bought lounge access, you can access the lounge from 3 hours before departure.
When are the SAS Lounges open?
SAS Lounges open about 1 hour before the first scheduled SAS flight and close 30 minutes before the last scheduled SAS flight, with some exceptions based on location and flight schedule. Please check the specific opening hours for each lounge.
Please note that this doesn't apply to SAS charter flights.
Are kids allowed in SAS Lounges?
Children up to age 18 are welcome to our lounges when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under 2 can visit for free, whilst children 2 to 17 need to pay the same fee as an adult.
Children traveling as unaccompanied minors are not allowed to visit SAS Lounges.
A special kids’ zone is available in the SAS Lounges in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo and Copenhagen.
Can I bring my pet to the lounge?
Service dogs and small cats and dogs are welcome in the lounge as long as they remain in their carriers and with their owners at all times. To ensure the comfort and safety of guests, there are restrictions you must follow when you bring a pet or service dog into the lounge, and local restrictions may also apply.
Can I visit an SAS Lounge if I’m flying on another airline?
If you're traveling with an airline other than SAS or SkyTeam, please contact them for information about lounge access.
Do I have access to SAS Lounges after arriving on an SAS flight?
If you’re traveling in Business or are a EuroBonus Gold member arriving directly from Asia or North America, or a EuroBonus Diamond member arriving on an SAS flight, you can visit SAS Lounges at selected airports, subject to local customs regulations.
