Non-accessible content

As of June 2025, we are aware of the following accessibility problems:

  • Some destinations redirect the user to a legacy booking flow which has known accessibility problems

  • Some self-service such as "Check-in" use legacy code and may be difficult to use with screen readers other assistive technologies

  • Some parts of the website do not use the updated design and have insufficient color contrasts

  • Some headings do not use the correct heading elements

  • Some images and icons do not have accurate text alternatives

  • Keyboard focus styling does not always have enough contrast

  • There is a timeout in the payment step that can only be extended to a maximum of 15 minutes

How we tested the website

The website was audited by Useit, an external company specialized in accessibility. A combination of manual and semi-automated test methods was used, including the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers

  • Keyboard navigation

  • Voice control

  • Switch control

  • Zoom and text enlargement

  • High contrast mode

The most recent audit was conducted in June 2025. Parts of the website have also been tested with users with disabilities during the development process, including visually impaired users with screen readers.
