If your flight isn't canceled
You may rebook your ticket once, free of charge, within the same service class. This is valid provided that your travel date is in 2019 and your new travel date is no later than 31 December 2019. If you've booked via SAS, you can rebook on our website or contact us by phone. If you've booked via a travel agent, please contact the agent. If you choose to rebook, SAS will not cover any extra costs such as additional hotel nights, car rentals or pre-paid events at your destination.
If your flight is canceled
We always try to take measures to avoid as much inconvenience for you as possible. SAS is in the process of rebooking your flight and you'll get information by email/text message as soon as the rebooking is completed. You can also check My bookings or in the SAS App for information about rebooking. If your rebooked trip isn't suitable or you wish to get a refund, please contact us by phone or contact your travel agent. For tickets booked via SAS, please use or refund form.
