We offer all customers who do not wish to travel on their new time table a SAS Travel Voucher with the full value of your original booking.
The voucher will be valid for 12 months and you can use the voucher to book a new flight on our website. To apply for the voucher, go to My Bookings.
If you cannot apply for a voucher, please contact SAS Customer Service.
If you wish to request a refund, it will be calculated based on your ticket rules and SAS conditions of carriage. Please note that if you have a non refundable ticket, e.g SAS Go Light or SAS Go Smart, the full value might not be refunded.
