How do I know if I am eligible for a full refund?
There are several scenarios for which you are always eligible for a full refund.
If you are travelling on a SAS Plus Pro ticket or SAS Business Pro ticket and cancel your trip before departure.
If your flight has been cancelled by the airline and you did not receive a new option.
If you are travelling on a SAS Bonus ticket (paid with EuroBonus points) and cancel your trip 1 working day before departure, you are eligible to a full refund of both points and taxes. The refund will be made in two transactions. The EuroBonus points will be transferred back to your EuroBonus account and the taxes will be refunded to the original form of payment. If your booking does not correspond to the above, then you might only be entitled to a refund of taxes and fees (excluding the ticket fare and international/domestic fees). Some ticket types are refundable against a fee meaning we will keep the amount of the fee and refund you the rest of the value in your booking.
