Can SAS compensate me for lost accrual due to canceled flight, or I was rebooked to another airline within Star Alliance?
Yes, for travel planned before 31 October 2021, SAS can compensate you for missed accrual of Basic points. This applies if your flight with SAS or Widerøe was canceled or if you were rebooked to another airline within Star Alliance. Status points corresponding to Basic points will be given which are counted towards the next EuroBonus membership level.
