Earn points

You earn 500 Extra points at all Shangri-La Hotels and Traders Hotels on all rates except staff & crew, tour, conference and travel agent rates, special hotel packages and reservations made via third-party websites. You cannot earn points for tickets or vouchers bought but not used. Quote your EuroBonus number when you check in and your points will be credited to your account in 3 to 6 weeks.

Claim missing points

In the event that the points have not been registered you need to send in copy of your hotel invoice clearly showing your name, the hotel name and location, check-in and check-out dates complete with your name and EuroBonus membership number by email.
