생선 기내식
신선한 생선 또는 새우와 함께 현지에서 조달한 야채와 감자 및/또는 곡물을 제공합니다. 모든 생선과 해산물은 지속 가능한 방식으로 조달되며, 대표 메뉴들은 북유럽 요리의 정수를 담고 있습니다. 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.
고기 기내식/라자냐
부드럽게 조리한 고기에 현지 채소와 감자, 곡류를 곁들여 북유럽 요리의 진수를 선보입니다. 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.
2025년 10월부터: 볼로네즈 소스를 곁들인 맛있는 이탈리아식 소고기 라자냐. 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.
채식 기내식
신선한 제철 채소를 곁들인 건강하고 균형 잡힌 락토오보 채식 메뉴로 정통 북유럽 요리에 세계 각지의 요리 문화를 가미해 완성한 특별한 한 끼를 제공합니다. 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.
어린이 기내식
갓 만든 치킨과 야채(당근, 오이) 펜네 파스타, 주스, 바삭한 빵, 초콜릿 한 조각 어린이 승객의 입맛에 맞게 조미료를 사용하지 않은 담백한 식사입니다.
치즈 & 칠면조 토스트
북유럽의 감성이 느껴지는 클래식 메뉴로 맛있는 스칸디나비아 치즈, 칠면조, 머스터드를 곁들인 따뜻한 샌드위치입니다. 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.
피자
모차렐라 치즈와 토마토, 이탈리아식 향신료를 곁들인 미니 락토오보 채식 피자이며, 따뜻하게 즐기는 최고의 간식입니다! 커피와 차는 항상 함께 제공됩니다.

Travelers in SAS Go can pre-order meals for a fee on most European flights longer than 80 minutes.
Breakfast is available to pre-order on European, Nordic and domestic morning flights longer than 60 minutes.

Travelers in SAS Plus and SAS Business can order a special meal by calling SAS Customer Service.
From 1 October, SAS Go, SAS Plus and SAS Business will be renamed Economy, Premium and Business respectively. But don't worry, you'll enjoy all the same benefits in each class as before – or even more!

Our inflight food and beverage options depend on the destination, length
of the flight and time of day. We also don’t serve food or drinks on short flights.You can pre-order meals up to 18 hours before departure and special meals 24
hours before departureMeals are always included on flights to North America and Asia. On these
flights, you can also choose to upgrade to a 3-course premium meal from our
premium menu.
