Breakfast of the day
Start your day with our scrumptious breakfast that includes granola with seasonal berries, yoghurt and bread served with fresh cold cuts of cheese and vegetables as well as a glass of juice. Coffee and tea are always included.
Chicken meal
Delicious chicken dish prepared with a Scandinavian touch combined with influences from around the world. Served with locally sourced vegetables and potatoes and/or grains. Coffee and tea are always included.
Fish meal
Fresh fish or shrimp served with locally sourced vegetables and potatoes and/or grains. All of our fish and seafood are sustainably sourced and our signature dishes celebrate Nordic cuisine. Coffee and tea are always included.
Meat meal/Lasagna
Tender meat served with locally sourced vegetables and potatoes and/or grains, showcasing the best of Nordic cookery. Coffee and tea are always included.
From October 2025: Delicious Italian beef lasagna with Bolognese sauce. Coffee and tea are always included.
Vegetarian meal
A healthy and well-balanced lacto-ovo vegetarian meal with fresh seasonal vegetables. The meal combines the best of Nordic cookery and culinary traditions with influences from around the world. Coffee and tea are always included.
Kids’ meal
A freshly made meal made of chicken with penne pasta and vegetables (carrots and cucumbers) including a juice, crisp bread and a piece of chocolate. The meal has pure, clean flavors adjusted to the needs of our youngest travelers.
Pizza
Mini lacto-ovo vegetarian pizza with mozzarella, tomatoes and Italian spices. The perfect warm snack! Coffee and tea are always included.
Hamburger
Classic 90 grams smashed beef burger served in a brioche bun with a fine crust and creamy cheddar, mayo and sweet caramelized onions. Coffee and tea are always included.
Premium meals
Three-course meal with fish incl. two drinks
Meal including an appetizer, main course made from sustainable fish or seafood in a rich sauce or herb butter served with potatoes, rice or pasta and a healthy serving of vegetables as well as dessert. Coffee, tea and two drinks of your choice are included.
Three-course vegetarian meal, incl. two drinks
A lacto-ovo vegetarian meal including an appetizer, main course of creamy pasta or vegetables served with grains and natural flavor boosters such as mushrooms and fresh herbs. Dessert too! Coffee, tea and two drinks of your choice are included.
Three-course meal with poultry incl. two drinks
Meal including an appetizer, main course made from quality chicken or turkey in a rich sauce served with potatoes or rice and a healthy serving of vegetables as well as dessert. Coffee, tea and two drinks of your choice are included.

Travelers in SAS Go can pre-order meals for a fee on most European flights longer than 80 minutes.
Breakfast is available to pre-order on European, Nordic and domestic morning flights longer than 60 minutes.

Our inflight food and beverage options depend on the destination, length of the flight and time of day. We also don’t serve food or drinks on short flights.
You can pre-order meals up to 18 hours before departure and special meals 24 hours before departure
Meals are always included on flights to North America and Asia. On these flights, you can also choose to upgrade to a 3-course premium meal from our premium menu.
