If your flight is delayed by three or more hours on departure, you are entitled to a refund of your unused ticket.

If you booked your ticket via a travel agent, we recommend you to contact them for a refund.
If you have made your own travel arrangements due to a canceled or delayed flight, SAS will not reimburse the new ticket and/or travel arrangements.
Please note: you are not entitled to reimbursement of care (such as food, drinks and accommodation) during the delay if you cancel and refund your ticket.
