No. According to EU regulation 261/2004, a passenger has no right to compensation if the delay or cancellation was caused by extraordinary circumstances. Since an industrial action is considered to be an extraordinary circumstance, no compensation will be paid.
SAS will, however, cover your expenses for meals during the delay, two phone calls and, if you are delayed overnight, accommodation and transportation between the hotel and the airport.
